Position: Mobile Device Support
Location: Paulsboro, PA
Duration: Long term contract with the opportunity to convert permanent
Qualified applications for the role of System Integration Mobility Specialist will need to have the following technical and administrative skills:
· 2-5 years professional experience in a client facing or consulting role
· Expert troubleshooting and reasoning skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proven experience working on critical system down issues and escalations
· Demonstrate experience troubleshooting - DNS, IP Networking, Firewall, SMTP, HTTPS, Load Balancers, ActiveSync, Email
· Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Apple iOS & Android
· Hands on experience managing Linux systems - LAMP Servers/Microsoft server technologies
· Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experience
· Technical design and documentation experience
· Ability to work in a team environment and to take direction
· Must be able to travel up to 15-20% if necessary
Desired Skills
· Experience using Casper Suite and/or JSS Administrative (JSS Admin Certification preferred) to support Mac Imaging and Packaging
· Experience with Microsoft Server Technologies (LDAP, ActiveSync, Active Directory, ISA/TMG)
· Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) - Exchange or equivalent experience
· Cisco Certified Network Associate or Equivalent
· Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES)
· Database Experience - SQL Queries
· VMware Certified Professional or Equivalent
· Public Key Encryption Infrastructure / SCEP
