Recently, we have had end users enter tickets reporting their machines are locking up/spinning wheel. As a test I removed Symantec Endpoint Protection (it was a problem in the past) and had the users test it. After checking in with several users, they all reported that their machines have been better but the machine will still lock up sometimes.
All the machines that are having the problem are all on High Serra and each user notices the lock ups the most in Office products, Google Chrome, Safari, and FireFox. I want to point out that all of these applications are up to date.
Has anyone else been having this problem or know any causing?
