We’re using Jamf to deliver VPP licensed apps via self service. We have the following issues:
- When applications require updating, they don’t automatically update – I believe this is configured within JSS but seemingly has no effect. E.g. Microsoft Remote Desktop v 10.3.2 is available, but my Mac is still running 10.2.13 which was the version originally licensed and provisioned.
- When I remove an MacOS app, I can’t successfully reinstall – the JSS just says failed.
