Does anybody here have any experience using JAMF to centrally manage FileVault 2?
I'm hoping for a way to centrally store, and remotely revoke FDE keys akin to how WinMagic and similar tools can.
Cheers, - D

from the sounds of it, it is not even possible, from the Apple rep I was talking to. you may want to wait for 10.7.greater than .1 when and if they fix some of the problems with FV2.

I heard from a source ... said that there is an Apple doc "on the way" to
"manage" VF2.
She also said don't have high exceptions of this doc. There might not be
many options...

If you're looking for something like WinMagic to centrally escrow keys and spin or revoke them, you're not going to get it out of FileVault2, at least in its current implementation. I could see Apple updating Lion Server to support it to "host" it in-house, but this is very Enterprise-y and, well, we all know Apple's position on Enterprise:
"Like the starship, right?"
