I have noticed recently that all of my Mac's admin accounts are now
labeled as "Admin, Managed". My local admin does not have the right to do
anything now. This never happened before I got Casper up and running.
The only managed preference that I have is the Home Page setting. This is
setup to run on all Macs. I did disable it and restarted several test
computers and it did not seem to fix the issue. Any ideas?

Sounds like MCX was implemented wrong and globally disabled all users. Undo whatever Casper management you did with MCX and see if the problem goes away.
