I am hoping to be pointed in the right direction for this issue as I am not a expert in jamf. We have a group of iPads used for training and are using an app that allows personalized courses to be added.
On the company owned iPads managed through Jamf, the courses appear blank and non-responsive and generic courses act normally. The application and courses run fine and as expected on non-company owned iPads and iPhones, both generic and company created courses.
Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of where this might be getting caught up?
