Managing Safari - Setting Default Home Page and Resetting After x minutes of inactivity?

Hello Fellow Jamfians,

I was hoping some of you might have some experience in running iOS devices(specifically ipads in this situation) in somewhat of a kiosk mode. We're currently only allowing safari with certain websites that students can fill out forms on.

I was hoping you guys would know if theres a way to:

1. Set a default home page on safari as the home page

2. Set an inactivity timeout which brings you to back to the default home page after x amount of minutes of inactivity

I'm not sure about natively, but we've used Kiosk Pro (https://www.kioskproapp.com) that has the timeout feature, along with some other nice configuration options.
