When I enrolled a mac on my jamf portal before I had an mdm profile that I could install on a mac, now it only propose me a quickadd.pkg, where could this come from?

Check that your push notifications certificate hasn't expired.
Settings > Global > Push Certificates

and i don't know why when i get a new mac from the apple store the enrolment doesn't happen when the device is registered on apple business manager with the right mdm server on it and it worked before

@florentH is the device is available on ABM? If yes then it is not comming automatically to your Jamf Server? If not then you need to assign your Jamf Pro server on ABM.
Is device is not available on ABM then you need to talk with apple store and share your ABM information that way thay can update on their side on your next purchase. To bring that to ABM you need to use Apple configurator with your Phone.

it was a problem with the push certificate, I renewed it. Thank you :). Do you know if there is a way to be alerted to expiring jamf certificates ?

I have sent a mass command to all the macs for renew their certificate but the command is still pending and i don't know why.
