Help this MDM profile thing got on my iPad 2 and this is not a school iPad do you know to how to get rid of it on my iPad 2

Well I do not know the person that made this profile all I know for sure is the person that made these kinds of profiles
And that this profile is not made by Bend-La pine Schools it was made by the person that created it and let bend lapine schools use it
