Help this MDM profile thing got on my iPad 2 and this is not a school iPad do you know to how to get rid of it on my iPad 2

This iPad is tied into Bend La Pine School's Device Enrollment Program (DEP). Did they sell this iPad to you? If so, contact the school and ask them to remove it from DEP.

If the iPad is being supervised (via DEP), you'll need to contact the school to get the profile removed.

Well I do not know the person that made this profile all I know for sure is the person that made these kinds of profiles

And that this profile is not made by Bend-La pine Schools it was made by the person that created it and let bend lapine schools use it
