Greeting all - When trying to open a hyperlink from any of the Office 2011 applications, I am met w/ the following error:
Cannot locate the Internet server or proxy server.
If I copy and paste the URL directly into any browser it opens without issue. Has anyone come across this in the past? Have you identified the cause and solution? If not, does anyone have any ideas that might resolve this issue?
Office version: 14.2.3

Have you tried with the latest versions? They're on 14.3.1 now

I have no tried 14.3.1. When I try manually updating Office I get the error:
AutoUpdate cannot connect to the update server. The server might be too busy, or there might be a problem with your network connection. Wait a few minutes and then try again.
It seems Office has no ability to interface w/ any network requiring components.

That did the trick. Powerpoint now opens links.

I'm seeing this in Word 14.4.7 for some domains.
