Users (students and teachers) "are not tech savvy"
Created and saved a search for student iPad devices running iOS 12 and wanted to downlaod and let the user install.
I'm seeing the following errors:
The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.softwareupdateservices.errors error 41.)
The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.softwareupdateservices.errors error 6.)
