Good Morning Jamf Nation!
I am working on getting ready for a summer project. I have several iPads that were manually setup with an Enrollment Profile. I'd like to move those to a Prestage Enrollment instead. However, when I try to assign the serial number to the appropriate Prestage, I get a notification 'No matching Records found'. Is there a way to get this set up in advance without having to manually touch those devices and wipe them?

I have not seen this myself, so just grasping at straws here.. do you have Apple School/Business Manager set up and linked with your Jamf instance (required for pre-stage enrollment) ? If so you could re-establish this connection, beyond that I think Jamf Support may be required.

Yes, I am using ASM linked to Jamf.

I can't see any way to do it outside or wiping the device first.
