i can't make carry in repair cases in my gsx account,everytime i tried to make repair i put correct serial number with same GB ,same model ,color as replacement but i got invalid serial number so why i got that error ? where is my mistake? how to fix that erro?

You'll need to speak to Apple about this issue. This forum is for customers of JAMF products, and don't have access to any issues within GSX.
+18Make sure you are not putting in an S at the beginning of the serial number. When you scan an apple serial number with a barcode reader (from its box) the barcode scanner reads the S which just stands for "Serial number" No apple product starts with an S in its serial number.
