Netskope Deployment Issue

Hi,

We have Netskope deployed in our environment which was running fine until a week ago. Whenever the installtion is run, a pop up appears saying Terminal need access to control installer. We have PPPC configured, where Netskope have access to system all files, accessibliity, and FileProviderPresence.

Anyone have same issue or can lead to solutions. We have tried everything we could, but still unable to fix.

Thanks, All.
The Netskope client Enrollment authentication and encryption token was expired. Hence, the script file was failing to communicate and package didnt installed as the script inside the package is directly related to the files created via scripts.

when you run the policy from Terminal you will get this prompt.
Add the installer in jamf policy and wait till the recurring checking or create checkin policy in Self Service and try it

Its been a while since I used netskope, but if I remember correctly it deployes as a package. There will be scripts in the package but they should not trigger this message. Did anything change with your policy recently?

what version are you running @Yam_Moktan   we are around version 120, but then again i think we have permissons the terminal for a lot of things, wouldn't be surprised if we already have this TCC in place...  have you looked at the permisisons on TTC using the old style script that Rtrouton did to see what you granted?
