I just installed NetSUS on a virtual machine in RHEL 6.7. I have access to the NetSUS web application with the "webadmin" account but it seems that the "shelluser" account was not created. Indeed, when I try to change the shelluser's password in the web interface, I get the following error: "chpasswd: line 1: user 'shelluser' does not exist chpasswd: error detected, exchange ignored".
I can't find the shelluser in /etc/passwd either.
Have you ever encountered this problem?
