Newbie Question: Restricting Certain Computers from Appearing in Casper Remote

Is it possible to have certain computers only accessible by certain JSS Accounts in Casper Remote? Or does any account have access to whatever is in Inventory? Thanks!

It is not. This sort of rights delegation is likely the #1 feature request of the product.
