No access to local user accounts shortly after Jamf Pro 10.20.1 Cloud Upgrade

We have more than a dozen users that lost their local accounts, reports started coming in yesterday morning 3/28/2020. Home folders are intact, but the local account itself got hosed. For users that have File Vault OFF - they can login with their local accounts into Safe MODE only.

For users that have File Vault ON - users are prompted for Disk Password which does not seem to do anything and local user accounts are missing but local user files are still accessible.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Nope... not because of this but I've certainly seen policies do this in the past when folks (including myself) try to script account recreations and screw up dscl records. This is JAMF trouble ticket time.
