No Authorization

Hi All,

I'm having issues on one of the iMac's computers I look after in our Art Studio. For some reason when one of our AD users goes to Self Service this message appears?
'No Self Service Items are available ' No Authoriztions.
I've tried running Casper Remote from the computer and this has pushed it's credentials back to base (Casper) and I can see the computer in the inventory but that's it.

My experience with Casper is very basic has our my I.T. Department do not support mac's. So if you can keep your answers very basic that would be much appreciated.
