Hello,
I have a Mac that I cannot get enrolled. The certificate always shows up in the Keychain as untrusted. Even when I manually change the settings to "Always Trust". While investigating I found an irregularity in the JSS. I saw two entries for the serial number of this Mac. I deleted one, but when I try to go into the second entry to delete it, I get an 404 error: The page you requested could not be found.
I'm thinking that there is a partial entry in the database. Though, when I run the Database Table Status, everything comes back OK. So, now what? I've got the JSS ID of the Mac, since it shows up in the listing.
I'm thinking that this will be a support issue, but figured I'd post here first.
Thanks, Tim

Contact support. They should be able to help you run some commands against the MySQL db to clear up that rogue record, and for the record, this sometimes happens to us as well. We've had to do some periodic cleanups of records that are partial or get stuck. Part of the problem is that there are 2 computer tables in the JSS db. Although they normally both match up, sometimes glitches cause the 2 to get out of sync and you get an invisible or partial record in the database that gives you agita.
