I definitely recommend the MacDMV meet-ups every month, http://www.macdmv.com.

They try to rotate between a social and technical session each month. Its definitely a good time.

It will be in fairly close proximity to the Sheraton Four Points, as we're doing some cross-pollination with the MacTech single-day conference in DC that runs all day Wednesday.

I live in Alexandria, VA but work in Bethesda. Terrible commute! But I'm interested in meeting up. I'll check out the links above.
