Opinion: App updates via AppStore

Hi all,

I'm getting a little desperate over updating apps via the AppStore.
Sometimes it works, but then sometimes it's such a pain to debug or to solve.

Am I the only one strugling with this or do many others experience issues?
Should I manage apps via packages or should I always try to use the AppStore?

I have the same issue. Most of the time, it is just not working. Have you got any response from the Jamf Support team?

No, nothing that solved the issue.

I'm now trying to do as much as possible via packages.
