I've tested OS X 10.11.1 Beta 2 and 3 and on both systems the jamfAgent is broken - and therefore the Self Service does not work.
Unfortunately there is not that much information - disabling the startup of the agent via launchd and starting /usr/local/jamf/bin/jamfAgent by hand gives

after a few seconds.

this is related but, AFAIK, the error raises from the "jamf launch Daemon" and not from the jamfAgent itsef.
There's also not more information in /var/log/system.log :

Hope this few logs I found will help a bit to fix the problem :-(
