Hello All,
A few departments on Oregon State's campus are starting to want to have iPads for use in the classroom and for student checkout. My group is being tasked to support these devices. We want to start off this service on the right foot and develop an Service Level Agreement (SLA) with these departments so both parties know what to expect, requirements, etc and what we don't do.
Has anyone done anything similar? Can you share your SLA with me so we can get an idea on what we should consider having in ours?
