Outlook 16.19 high cpu usage on idle usage on Mojave

Just going to throw this out there that I am experiencing high cpu usage in Outlook 16.19 on Mojave.

If I downgrade the version to 16.17 it goes away.

Office 365 accounts.
*Noting now that I am on as seed build of macOS 10.14.1.
