Parallels 14 Mass Deployment **Best Practice Solution and Implementation**

Hello JAMF Nation,

I have read countless, articles on mass deployment of Parallels Deployments but this looks pretty complicated especially when you have to configure the PVM piece as well.

The .pvm has to:
- Be on the Domain with a Unique Naming Convention.
- Be configured with the same preferences of RAM,CPU, & Network configurations.

Each PVM is also renamed and joined to the domain. (not my call) was wondering what other users of parallels are doing in an enterprise environments and any workflows that they might be using that might be willing to share for deployment of Parallels 14.

I don't have a solution for binding the system, but I'm sure it's a simple solution that can be added to my renaming method that I came up with at my previous position: https://github.com/jmahlman/uarts-scripts/tree/master/Rename%20Parallels%20VM

It's inelegant and probably not the most secure but it worked for us pretty well in higher ed.
