personal devices losing Compliant state whoever updated to new IOS update 16.5 recently.

For past one week, we have have issue with personal IOS devices losing compliant status after new IOS update 16.5. We have to do 'Send Blank Push', and 'Update Inventory' manually for each device in order to device come back to Compliant status every day. More over, the device will not stay compliant not more than a day. We have to repeat the same process everyday for all personal devices.

This is the same issue that we are having, I dunno why I didn't think to associate it with version 16.5 update to iOS. although, it doesn't seem to be effecting all phones. We have been having to do similar steps to fix it temporarily, Have user reboot the phone and push inventory update.

we may be getting some traction by having the user change their passcode and then change the passcode back to their old one.
