Ports needed for Recovery HD to restore OS from Apple servers?

Does anyone know which URLs are being used by Recovery HD to pull down the required OS for a given Mac?

The only KB we were able to find is for Apple SUS:

Does anyone know if there are other URLs needed for Recover HD to, well, recover? Or does the above URL cover NetBoot too?
