PreStage Enrollment Mac Activation - Request timed out

Hello,

 

When trying to activate a new Mac that was added to the PreStage Enrollment we get the following error : 

Mac Activation - The request timed out. 

Which ports needs to be opened in order to activate Mac for PreStage Enrollment on our Proxy?

Would it be the albert.apple.com:443 as mentioned in this article? https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT210060

 

Any help would be appreciated.

@GabC albert.apple.com is only a start. If you're managing Apple devices on a network that requires specific firewall ports be opened, or exemptions to SSL inspection, then you're going to need everything applicable for the devices you are managing from https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210060 open & inspection exempted. You'll also need to allow Apple Push Notification traffic as covered in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203609
