Prestage enrolment doesn't run any policies

So we have DEP set up and machines build as they should we get all the correct screens and the accounts all get created but all policies just sit at pending or they run but don't do what they should do.

For example we are trying to get JAMF Login to install and run before the user gets to the login screen but this policy just sits at pending and then a reboot gets it going. I have tried forcing a reboot after enrolment but that doesn't work either.

Any help would be great or even showing how you get yours working?

It would appear that a major caveat is your main distribution point has to be cloud based

We use JAMF Cloud and our main and only distribution point is cloud.

We're experiencing the same problem this morning, and we are cloud based.

As long as I can remember its never worked correctly even in my last job we couldn't get it to do what we fully wanted!? Not sure if this is a problem in JAMF??

Does the policy trigger 'On Enrolment Complete'?

Yeah set to trigger at enrolment but sits at pending until its manually run or sometimes it runs after a restart.
