So here’s the scenario. We have 25 conference rooms. Is there software that would prevent users from logging certain applications. Like Microsoft Teams. We want to keep one account logged in at all times. The users keep logging out and logging Into their own accounts. We want to prevent that. Any ideas??? Or special software to HIDE the sign out option??? Thanks In advance.

On macOS not really, on iOS there is Single App Mode. Most conference apps though will run in a full screen mode. For example, Zoom Rooms run in a full screen mode that is not too trivial to exit (but isn't too hard to exit) out of.

Can you disable their personal accounts to at least dissuade them from trying to use them?

Microsoft Teams is what they mainly use on a daily. We are trying to prevent them of signing into their own accounts and downloading files in conference rooms. So far we Lock the Dock, any other suggestions???????
