Profile Installation Faiuled

Having issues installing the new MDM on 2 machines.

So we have just set up JAMF Pro, and managed to successfully migrate machines form Casper to JAMF Pro but the MDM did not install correctly as the MDM profile was not visible in System Preferences. Did a sudo jamf removeFramework and tried to re-enroll the machine and keep getting the same error message.

The machine it self is in Jamf Pro, regardless of the error message. Has anyone else seen this before?

Unfortunately, the error is pretty generic. Have you tried booting into recovery mode and doing a DEP reset? Even if you're not using DEP, it might get some bits that aren't being cleared by removeFramework, most notably the config profile cache. Typical commands for it are:

rm /var/db/.AppleSetupDone # Run this line only if you are using DEP and want to see the setup screen again
rm /Library/Keychains/apsd.keychain
rm -rf /var/db/ConfigurationProfiles/
