I want to re-enrol a MacBook Pro again but I'm running into an error when installing the Quick Add package. To provide some background, his MacBook Pro was recently repaired and they replaced its logic board. After that the machine stopped reporting to the JSS.
I logged into his MacBook remotely and did the following to try to enroll it again:
-removed it from JSS
-executed "sudo jamf removeFramework" from the terminal
-Downloaded the London QuickAdd package
-Used the installer but it fails saying it existed with an error
Going into the logs I have pulled the following errors from it:
-realpath() returned NULL for /var/root/Library/Caches/jamf
-ERROR: unable to determine file-system usage for FS-backed cache at /var/root/Library/Caches/jamf/fsCachedData.
-The read-connection to the DB=/var/root/Library/Caches/jamf/Cache.db is NOT valid. Unable to determine schema version.
i did a test on another mac pro with the same quick add package, it works fine.
