Would you mind posting the details and resolution? I'm interested and maybe it'll help someone searching for the same issue.

Agreed. Although its not relevant to me personally, part of being a contributing member of a forum/community is leaving up posts in full along with resolutions for others to discover. Someone coming here doing a search on "QuickTime Pro 10.8.4" would pull this up as the primary hit, only to be disappointed that there is no real content.

Please try to leave your posts as they are when possible. Only reason to delete or edit a post IMO, is if you said something inappropriate or revealed information you shouldn't have while under an NDA, etc.

Thanks.
