"OS X wants to make changes" prompt

We have about 20 Bound to an AD environment using Absolute Manage (I know.....trying to get approval for Casper Suite) for administration. We have a few of the Macs that give the "OS X wants to make changes" prompt, and requires Admin credentials. It however does not give any feedback on to what is causing the prompt. Is this something that can be found via the Console? If so, where would I look? See attachment for prompt.bf8e23e3093644079279c7d80b2eeb68

Running both 10.10 and 10.11, both having this issue.

In earlier versions of OS X it was in a dedicated secure.log but now most of it goes into system.log. When I've had this in the past it's been an extra bit of software that's causing it. Unless it's intermittent I'd try going back to a minimal system and see if it still occurs.
