"SrvCanadaVrsPref" & "Root" Directories Appear in /Users After Enrollment & Reboot

Has anyone experienced the creation of the above-named directories in macOS Catalina /Users during enrollment and after a reboot? I first noticed them after enrolling a new MBP out of the box last week, and replicated the behavior after erasing and reinstalling twice more.

This shows the usual contents of /Users during enrollment.

This appeared upon enrollment completion.

And this appeared immediately after restarting.

Searches on Jamf Nation and other resources online have yielded zero results. Any help appreciated.

@marioski What policies do you run immediately after enrollment? I'd suggest checking them, especially any that have a Packages payload that includes a .dmg, or a .pkg created by Composer. When using Composer to create a package with any of the Snapshot options it's easy to include things in the installer you do not want to be installed.
