Randomly Logging Out

We seem to be seeing people being randomly logged out while in the middle of using their Macs (so not locking due to inactivity) its logging people fully out so they then have to log in using Jamf Connect but for some reason also locks out the screen so nothing responds, All we can do is a hard reboot.

Is there anywhere we can check in Jamf Pro for any indication of what is causing these random log outs.

In the device inventory record > history > Computer Usage Logs Jamf records the login and log out events that are reported to Jamf but it's not uncommon for this log to be missing information. However, what you are looking for will NOT be something Jamf records. You will need to identify when the user was "logged out" and dig through macOS event logs to see what happened, these logs are not redirected to Jamf Pro; but they could be in SIEM if you have those logs redirected with another tool.
