We just recently sub-netted our wireless network and now iOS printing is broken.
I am looking for a solution to get us back up and thought I would see if JAMFNation had any recommendations or thoughts.
We use Windows Print servers with Papercut to do auditing.
2 Products I have seen so far are PrintMe Mobile and Presto by Collobos.

setup a linux box with avahi and enable the reflector mode. (i like using ubuntu)
You'll also need it to be on all of the vlans that you want. so make sure the network port that its plugged into has the vlans tagged, then configure the vlan interfaces on the linux box so that it has an interface active on each vlan subnet
Aerohive have a bonjour gateway built into their AP's and they also have a virtual appliance.. both of those didn't work for us, it seemed to be a load issue, once we replaced them with the linux machine we didnt have any dropouts.
that should take care of getting the mDNS traffic going across your subnets.
I can recommend papercut and presto with this setup as well. I am currently using this setup and have used it elsewhere aswell. pretty solid.

Cisco gear also has the reflector built into it as well. That's what we use mostly for Apple TV's, but it works for printing as well.
