Regex report returning unrelated values

Hi all! I'm running into an issue with a report from an advanced search using application title and regex matching returning unrelated results. My search is:

When I view the results it seems to all be correct and only returning what I'm looking for, however when I run and download a report of the search as a CSV it includes unrelated applications (for example, Adobe Acrobat, Distiller, etc.)

Is this something anyone else has run into? Am I just doing something wrong in the search?

Curious if your Application Version is the built in criteria, if so, how do you know if it is looking at CFBundleVersion or CFBundleShortVersionString?
