We are currently testing the Jamf Cloud solution (we are currently using Jamf On Premise) The enrollment goes OK but when using Jamf Remote, we get stuck on 'Opening SSH'. In the User-Initiated Enrollment parameter, we have checked 'Ensure SSH is enabled'. We use Jamf Remote from the company to the external computer. The inventory of the computer is done well, and the IP on JSS is good.
Should I create SSH (22) or Screen SHaring (5900) firewall rules?
