Remove Defer Updates Configuration Profile

Hey All,
I sent out a defer app and software updates configuration profile but now want to white list a few users to test the programs i had to update to work on Big Sur. How do i allow the updates again to certain users. I ahve added the users I selected to help to the exclusions list but i still cannot get Big Sur updating for these users.

Exclude the users from the first policy, and assign another profile to those users that explicitly lowers the iOS update delay value to as low as it'll go (1).
