Remove Self-Service icon after Profiles are removed?

Sometimes when users remove their profiles the Self-Service icons hangs around as a white icon and cannot be manually removed. Without backing up and restoring the device, how do we get the self-service icons to go away?

Thats a functionality of webclips. Reboot the device and it goes away.
