Requesting Wifi Security Key even though profile exists.

We have a Wifi profile on all of our ipads, yet some have a tendency to ask for the security key when re-connecting to a particular SSID we have. Any ideas as to why just one SSID would continue to ask for a key?

Is the network in question an 802.1X network?

I had a similar issue on ours and it was a particularly gnarly mess of certificate issues and tweaking of our RADIUS server

Also check the date and time on the device and your RADIUS server. I’ve seen that problem rear it’s ugly head when the students move their clock forward or let the battery run down
