running a Microsoft command

Hello,
i need to run this command:

defaults write com.microsoft.Outlook TrustO365AutodiscoverRedirect -bool true

can i run it in the Files and Processes and if so how to do that exactly?
sorry for the newbie question im pretty new Thanks
