Safari 12 Installer for High Sierra

I'm looking for the Safari 12(.1.2 preferably) installer for High Sierra, after seeing helpful responses to this thread.
I managed to get this link for Sierra http://swcdn.apple.com/content/downloads/08/16/061-45358/p8lr2qx138kf7ipu4ijh95n4la85jlycb9/Safari12.1.2Sierra.pkg
and was hoping that upgrading a Sierra image to High Sierra would keep 12.1.2, but for some reason it downgraded Safari back to 11.
