Safari, Chrome and Firefox graying out the Print option?

Just saw this on a 10.10.2 machine. Any ideas? He had just applied the new security updates.

Actually Firefox is fine. Not sure whats going on here but the print option in both Safari and Google Chrome is grayed out.

Do you see any errors in /var/log/cups/error_log ?
