Safari not showing message sharing option

Hello, a little newer to Jamf, our users aren't able to share to messages via safari. it's not even showing the option in there and I was wondering if there could be something configured in JAMF that would stop that from happening and where  could find that setting. We show airdrop, email this friend and share to notes, but not share to messages. Any help would be great, thank you!

I'm running into this too, specifically with Macs that have a configuration profile installed to defer major OS updates under the "Restrictions" section. There's a sub-section for "Sharing Services" where I made sure to enable iMessage for sharing, but so far no luck.
