I forgot to say that I can push apps from Casper Remote. Screen Sharing was working this morning

Has the IP changed on the machine?

This is too weird. I just gonna save the users profile then nuke and re-image

Usually when I see this happen the target machine needs to have screen sharing enabled.

Yeah on 10.10/10.11 unless you have Screen Sharing explicitly enabled in the GUI, Remote Screen Sharing won't work. It used to work behind the scenes in 10.9 and older, but thats not the case anymore. A couple of people have posted work-arounds, but it would be really nice of JAMF to restore this functionality.

What is the "preferred" method for enabling screen sharing? I have been using this command on an "as needed" basis but would like to push something out to all devices.
/System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/Resources/kickstart -activate
Is this pretty much the way to enable it? Like I say, I am just looking for the best way to push this config change out to all devices. And if I go this route, does this open screen sharing for anyone? Not just the people I have assigned in the JSS?

Screen sharing is enabled. That's the strange part of this. I can push files through ARD and Casper Remote. Judging by the strange error SSH failed to start up session with host '10.32.50.77' (kex error : did not find one of algos diffie-hellman-group1-sha1 in list curve25519-sha256@libssh.org,ecdh-sh something has been corrupted

It's more than enable screen sharing. I was able to screen share this morning. Has anyone seen that error before?

This command worked
sudo defaults write /var/db/launchd.db/com.apple.launchd/overrides.plist com.apple.screensharing -dict Disabled -bool false
sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.screensharing.plist

Ok I can connect but it goes in Observe mode, but I can connect now through Casper remote.
All very weird

I'm having the same issue right now on a Mac Mini. After enrolling in casper, can't screen share, exact same thing as @CapU 's screenshots above. My user in the JSS is a full admin and has both screen sharing rights and "share without asking" checked, but in order to get screen sharing working on this Mini I had to actually get on it locally and turn on screen sharing in the screen sharing prefs. And then I had to also give the JSS permission to share the screen.
Any further insight on this issue from anybody? JSS 9.82, Mini is OS X 10.11.3. I was going to make this Mini a server and headless, so obviously screen sharing needs to work without the Mini needing to grant permission.
