Scripts, "Could Not Download" to cache when imaging

Good day everyone,

It seems that when I image with casper the scripts that I setup to run right after are not downloading to the cache. Below is a partial log from one systems. Any idea? Has anyone had this happen? I run a Casper Remote session to run the 8 or so scripts but would like them to run during imaging as it should be.

Thank you for any ideas. Have a very great day!

@skinford what JAMF version are you running and what version of "jamf imaging" are you running?

@bwiessner Thanks, I'm running 9.98 JAMF and 9.96 Imaging, I thought that I changed that on my Netboot install. I'm rebuilding a new package in case. Any ideas? Could that be it?

@skinford I had this issue a few months ago -

Defect - PI-003666
https://www.jamf.com/jamf-nation/discussions/18200/casper-imaging-the-script-could-not-be-found

I am cloud hosted with cloud DP and since we moved to - JSS 9.99.2-t1497984446 I have not had this issue.

@bwiessner I wish I would have known this awhile ago but we start banging images in a week for the Fall semester.

I was going to update to 9.100 after that ends. I hope it isn't broken again.

I touched base with someone on the link you shared and asked how they packaged their scripts in a package which they said they did and set a Post install script. I've never done that but it would get me by until we update. I have about 8 scripts to run after the imaging process. Right now I run them from Casper Remote after I'm done but it would be nice to automate it during the imaging process.

Thank you for the information much appreciated.

If you don't do the "image automatically" it will work as normal as well with scripts - this would make you open and login to casper imaging each time but is another work around.
