Self Service goes back to login screen after clicking "Install" button

This is happening on many machines in our environment. We are on Casper 9.3.2, but believe this has been an issue since at least 9.3.0. Policies will still run and the progress bar goes across the top, but you are kicked back to the login screen in the meantime. Has anyone else experienced this?

I haven't experienced but then again our users don't have to authenticate into Self Service. Try updating to 9.4 to see if this resolves your issue. Most of 9.4's updates were related to Self Service.
