Anybody ever had an issue, where you tried to upload an icon to your Self Service, and no matter what browser you use, machine, or even being on the local server itself, it gets to 99% - and never completes? Also doesn't matter what icon is chosen, even one that had previously uploaded fine. Old icons can be chosen from the library, but nothing new will upload.
Yes. I encountered that exact problem today. I don't have a solution.
